To access all the online facilities you will need to set up your IT account using the Self-service Account Administration Service (SSAA)
Your password will expire after 120 days - to reset it use SSAA. Dedicated PCs can be found in the library.

How do I take them out?
Use our self-service machines in each of our four libraries.
Are there library fines?
Fines will only be applied to the late return of books requested by other users. Your books will auto renew if they are not needed by anyone else so you won’t accrue fines if you forget to renew your books.
The fine rate will be £1.00 per day/part of a day up to a maximum of £20.00 per item.
Check your Library Account regularly to ensure that your books are not needed by others.

Username: Your staff username in the format joe.bloggs@southwales.ac.uk (note: you must not use your usual staff email address).
Password: Your normal staff password
When you have entered your username and password, select 'Join'.
Within a few seconds, your device will be connected to Euroam.
Note: You can access any participating institutions network in the same way. More information can be found on the eduroam website.
Photocopying, Printing and Scanning
There are Self-service machines across all sites where you can print, scan or photocopy. These multi-functional machines can produce black and white, colour and duplex (back to back) copies.
