In order to access USW Library you will need to have your 8 digit USW student number and have set up your USW IT account.
If you do not know your USW student number, please check your correspondence from LEARNA or contact LEARNA directly. Support : Support (learna.ac.uk) Library staff will not be able to give your your USW student number.
If you have your USW student number then you can set up your USW IT account here IT Account Access and Amendments | University of South Wales. This account will use 2-factor authentication, so you will need to add your phone number in order to receive text alerts to log in.
Once you have your USW IT account, you can use this to log into USW systems, including USW Library.
If you are having difficulty once you have set up your account please first try accessing via an 'in private' or 'incognito' browser window and then contact the library via email or chat.
