If you are on a USW franchised course at one of our partner colleges you are welcome to use both our physical and online libraries.
Your home college library will provide all the print resources you need for your course. You also have access to the University library's wide range of ebooks and online resources.

As a student in a partner institution studying a USW accredited course you will have a USW IT account.
To access USW Library online resources you will need to use your USW username and password.
Your username, which is your USW email address and a temporary password will be provided in your enrolment email.

Password: (This will be 15 characters if you have not set it before)
The set-up procedure includes adding two of the following: your mobile number, personal email address or completing a set of security questions.

To access all the online library facilities you will need to set up your IT account.
We have increased the security on your USW IT student account. This includes enabling Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) providing extra protection for your IT account, for details on how to set up your account go to IT Induction.

The WiFi network is called eduroam.
eduroam is an international WiFi network used around academic and research institutions.
To connect to eduroam follow these instructions.
Printing, photocopying and scanning
Your print account is created automatically as part of your Student IT account.
You can add credit to your account in the Treforest print shop or online.
You can also print from your own devices.

10p – A3 black and white
20p – A4 colour
40p – A3 colour
