Eating Attitudes Questionnaire (EAT-26)

 Measures levels of eating disturbance, particularly attitudes and behaviours associated with anorexia nervosa. 26 items  are rated on a 6-point scale ( 1 = always to 6 = never)

Exercise Causality Orientation Scale (ECOS)

A self report measure based on a multidimensional view of personality.  Individuals are profiled according to the strength of each orientation (autonomy, control, impersonal) in seven scenarios.  Responses are rated on a 7 point likert scale (1 = very unlikely to 7 = very likely)

Eyberg Child Behavior Inventory (ECBI)

The ECBI is a parent rating scale assessing child behavior problems. it includes an Intensity Scale, which measures the frequency of each problem bahavior and a Problem Scale which reflects parent's tolerance of the bahaviors and the distress caused. The ECBI is intended to assess both the type of bahavior problems and the degree to which parent finds them problematic.
